Master Services Agreement
The Customer Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is the overarching agreement governing all services provided by Tacton. The MSA applies to all customers regardless of region and is supplemented by the service-specific schedules listed below.
MSA SCHEDULES: The schedules below form part of, and are incorporated into, the Master Services Agreement. It does not operate as a standalone agreement.
Project Services Schedule
Governs the provisions of project and professional services by Tacton to the Customer.
Outcome-Based Service Schedule
Governs the provisions of subscription-based advisory and optimization services by Tacton to the Customer.
DOCUMENTION: "Documentation” as defined in the MSA includes the following documents. The documents below describe product capabilities, service scope and support terms and are incorporated into the MSA by reference.

Overview of the product’s current capabilities and definitions of how usage is measured.
Outcome-Based Services Description
Describes the service catalog, service credits, delivery model, and scope of Tacton's Outcome-Based Services offering for new MSA customers.
Support Handbook
Describes Tacton’s customer support processes, response times, and how to raise and escalate support requests.
CONNECT-TO-ANYTHING: The following terms apply only to customers who have purchases Tacton’s Connect-to-Anything integration product. They form part of the MSA but are not relevant to customers who have no subscribed to that offering.

STANDALONE AGREEMENTS: The agreements below operate independently of the MSA and apply only to customer who entered into an earlier Tacton agreement. Please refer to the applicable document below if your agreement predates teh current MSA.
