What is the difference between a 150% mBOM and a 100% mBOM?

A 150% manufacturing Bill of Materials contains the components and options that may be required across an entire configurable product family.

A 100% mBOM contains the specific components required to manufacture one configured product or order. Tacton COF applies manufacturing configuration rules to derive the appropriate 100% mBOM from the complete 150% structure.
